Your answers give us an initial picture of the circumstances. This helps us prepare for your conversation with us.
Step 3
We call you
A member of the Simplicity Assist team will contact you. We'll listen to what's happening and give you the opportunity to explain things in your own words.
Step 4
We explain your options
We'll help you understand what financial support may be worth exploring.
This could include:
- Attendance Allowance.
- Pension Credit.
- Council Tax support.
- Other relevant support.
We can also discuss what further help may be appropriate.
We look at the bigger picture
Health and care
Your day-to-day needs may be important when considering certain forms of support.
Financial circumstances
Your income, pension, savings and existing benefits may all be relevant.
Home and household
Who you live with, your housing situation and Council Tax may also matter.
